Larry Dierker - President
Larry Dierker began his professional baseball career with the Houston Astros. After 14 years as an accomplished pitcher, 19 years as a popular announcer, and 5 years as a successful manager, the Astros honored Dierker by retiring his #49 jersey. Dierker is one of the few players to have his uniform number retired by the team.

Dr. Godfrey Hubert - Vice President
Godfrey has served as Senior Pastor of Foundry United Methodist church for 27 years. With over 5000 members, Foundry is one of the largest United Methodist Churches in the country. Foundry is one church in two locations and serves as a community leader in making a difference in the lives of people in Cy-Fair area. At the age of 58, Godfrey received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Asbury Seminary recognizing his lifelong achievements. He is a former school teacher, coach and community leader with a passion to reach out to others.



Lynda Zelenka - Executive Director
Lynda Zelenka began her career after college with GE (General Electric Company). She served in various management and marketing positions throughout her career with the company. She began volunteer work at church while her children were in Mother's Day Out as well as attending and leading Bible studies. She joined the staff of Foundry as assistant to the Associate Pastor in 1999 and received her call to go into ministry. Currently, Lynda serves as Pastor of Women's Ministries and Community Outreach at The Foundry United Methodist Church. She is attending Fuller Seminary to receive her graduate level classes to complete her licensing requirements in the United Methodist Church.

Adrian Dominguez - Treasurer
Adrian has been President and CEO of CU Alliance for 11 years and serves on the Board of Cy-Fair Education Foundation. Adrian is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a BBA and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. Adrian's lending career began in 1994 with Omni American FCU where he cultivated an indirect loan program that helped name Omni American FCU as the leading credit union in the nation for total loan percentage increase for 1995. In 1996, Adrian co-developed the indirect lending program for FLS Services in Fort Worth and Dallas, which aggregated auto loans for eight different credit unions.


Debbie Blackshear - Secretary
Debbie has been in the credit union industry for 25 years, all of those with Cy-Fair Federal Credit Union. She currently serves on the Texas Credit Union League Board of Directors, Vice Chairman of the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation, and Co-Chair of the Cy-Fair Houston Chamber of Commerce Governmental Affairs Committee. Additionally, Debbie and her husband are supporters of Boys & Girls Country in Hockley, Texas, Reach Unlimited, Lone Star College Cy-Fair and the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation.

Mike Bilberry - Executive Board Member

Mike Bilberry is the Senior Partner for Fairway Development LLC an Oil and Energy Company. He spent the first part of his career in the exploration and production industry for Robart Mosbacher, Texaco, and Enron. He started Fairway Development in 2002, a company specializing in project development with a focus on LNG and natural gas storage. He is married with two step cats.


Susan Bilberry - Executive Board Member

Susan Bilberry is the former Human Resource Director for Smith International. She spent most of her career in recruitment management at Hermann Hospital, Compaq Computer Corporation/Hewlett Packard, and O&G Smith International where she retired as the International Recruiting Director. Before joining the Cy-Hope Board, Susan volunteered with the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, United Way, March of Dimes, and Northwest Assistance Ministries. She is married with two cats.


Fred Caldwell - Executive Board Member
Fred Caldwell is President and CEO, Caldwell Companies. Started in 1990, the company specializes in brokerage, investments, and development of commercial and residential properties. A resident of Northwest Houston, Fred is a board member for the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation, Lowry Mays College & Graduate School of Business, and the Lonestar College System District foundation. A graduate of Texas A&M University, Fred is married with two children.

Susan Caldwell - Executive Board Member

Susan Caldwell is Marketing Director for Towne Lake, a Caldwell Companies Development. She has served on the board of Northwest Assistance Ministries, was an active member of the Cypress-Woodlands Junior Forum, and the Yellow Rose Chapter of National Charity League. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University and is married with two children.


Roy Garcia - Executive Board Member
Roy Garcia is the Associate Superintendent for Curriculum & Instruction and School Administration for Cy-Fair Independent School District. As a past recipient of the Mirabeau B. Lamar Award of Excellence, Roy has been in education for 23 years as a teacher, coach, and administrator. He is married with two children.

Yvette Garcia - Executive Board Member
Yvette Garcia is the Principal of Francone Elementary School in the Cy-Fair Independent School District. Yvette began her career in education as a teacher in 1984 in CFISD before moving to Bakersfield, California in the early 90's for two years. She returned to Cy-Fair and was named the Spotlight Teacher at Sheridan Elementary before becoming Principal at Francone in 2008. Yvette has two children and one grandchild.

Teresa Hull - Executive Board Member
Teresa Hull is the CFISD Associate Superintendent of Governmental Relations, Communications and Chief of Staff..

Linda Humphries - Executive Board Member
Linda Humphries is Vice President & Marketing Director of Allegiance Bank Texas. Prior to joining Allegiance Bank, Linda was a founder of Jersey Village Bank. She has been in the banking industry for over 32 and a Trustee for the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation since 1998. Linda also serves on the boards of Methodist Hospital and the Northwest Division of the American Heart Association. A graduate of the University of Houston, Linda is married with three children and two grandchildren.

Dr. Audre Levy - Executive Board Member

Dr. Levy is the President of Lone Star College-Cy-Fair. She earned her Doctoral Degree in 1991 in Institutional Management from Pepperdine University and was selected Alumni of the Year in 2004. She has worked in all levels of education including elementary, junior high, senior high, adult education, community college, and a four year university. Dr. Levy was born in Michigan but has lived in California, and Florida before making her way to Houston.

Reginald Lillie - Executive Board Member
Reginald Lillie is Associate Minister at Greater True Faith Missionary Baptist Church. He is and Independent Insurance Broker as well as sole proprietor of Reginald Lillie Insurance Service. Richard's many board duties include President of the Houston Branch of the NAACP, Board of Truestees, Methodist Willowbook Hospital, Board of Directors, Greens Bayou Corridor Coalition, past Board of Directors, Cy-Fair Houston Champer of Commerce, and past Board of Trustees Cypress Fairbanks Educational Foundation. He is married with three children.

Dr. Duncan Klussman - Executive Board Member
Dr. Klussman is District Superintendent for Spring Branch Indpendent School District. Before being promoted to Superintendent, Duncan was Interim Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, and Area Superintendent for SBISD. He has been in education since 1988 when he was a teacher and tennis coach at Huntsville High School. During his career, he has been recognized with the Hewlett-Packard Fellow in Executive Leadership Award in 2004 and a Texas Successful Schools Award for Performance Improvement. Duncan is married with three children.

Chris Markert - Executive Board Member
Chris Markert is the Founding Pastor of Celebration Church, an emerging Lutheran Christian community in Cypress. A proud alum of Cy-Fair High School, Chris graduated from Concordia University with an interdisciplinary degree in Latino Studies and English and Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity. Prior to serving as pastor at Celebration, Markert served churches in Philadelphia and New Orleans. Chris is also currently the Minister General of the Order of Lutheran Franciscans, a religious order committed to justice for the poor and care of creation in the spirit of St. Francis of Assisi.

Pam Wells - Executive Board Member
Pam Wells is the Associate Superintendent for Governmental, Community, and Planning Initiatives for Cy-Fair Independent School District. Besides 32 years experience in CFISD, Pam also serves as a trustee and committee chair for the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation, Sunday school teacher at Cypress United Methodist Church, Friend of REACH Unlimited, volunteer for Boy Scouts of America, and volunteer for Cypress Assistance Ministries.
